However, reefs are facing numerous threats, including pollution, overfishing, and climate change. Without intervention, many reefs will be lost forever.

That is why at Rief, we are committed to supporting organizations that are working to regrow and restore coral reefs. We are proud to partner with Costa Rica Coral Restoration, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the restoration and conservation of coral reefs in Costa Rica. Their team of marine biologists and local volunteers use innovative techniques to propagate and transplant coral onto degraded reefs, with the goal of increasing the resilience of these ecosystems.
